Programme Overview
This programme has been designed specifically for WDHB staff through consultation with key staff and stakeholders. It reflects the Leadership Success Profile (New Zealand Public Services Commission) and supports the shared vision of leadership embracing Te Ao Māori (the Māori world) and WDHB values and behaviours.
The programme is intended for emerging leaders and for existing leaders who want to connect and communicate effectively with their people, lead them with purpose to reach their potential, and to achieve better health outcomes for WDHB.
