The identification and reporting of Incidents is encouraged and supported at Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua: MidCentral.  Reporting incidents is essential in assisting us to promote and provide a safe and secure healthcare environment for patients, staff and visitors.

This course is Mandatory for all MidCentral staff and must be completed on employment.
