An interactive workshop to understand New Zealand's diverse spiritual and religious identities in order to become more comfortable and avoid discriminating on religious and spiritual grounds. ​The course provides activities which challenge participants to reflect on their own understanding of religious/ spiritual identity in order to engage with the religious values and beliefs of others. Participants become cognisant of and involved with people of varying traditions so that they can be more relaxed and positive when working in diverse groups.
