This course has been developed in conjunction with the South Island DHB's.  However it is intended for use by only NMH staff as minor adaptations for the NMH specific context have been incorporated. 

This course is for staff and managers and leaders of staff covered by Appendix A of the PSA Allied, Public Health, and Technical MECA.  It is suitable for those wanting to know more about the Career and Salary Progression (CASP) process and recommended for all those who are interested in commencing or supporting others with CASP.
