This course is for Registered Nurses who work in the MidCentral District. Nursing roles identified to undertake the course are Primary Health Care Nurses, District Nurses and Public Health Nurses who have:

• Three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Worked within the same Primary/Community Health setting for at least 12 months
• Access to and understanding of Health Pathways and clinical decision support tools
• A current Professional and Development Recognition Programme (PDRP) portfolio that meets NCNZ PDRP requirements
