If you have people reporting to you, then you'll have the Manager role in Ko Awatea LEARN. This allows you to see your team and what training that have done or are booked on.
In Connect Me there was a tab called My People. The equivalent in this site is My Team.
Instead of the tiles in Connect Me, use the My Team tab.
My team members
This report shows everyone who reports to you and has links to things like their account profile and their course bookings.
My team's upcoming bookings
Shows you exactly what the name says. It also has links to course booking requests that are awaiting your approval.
My team's past bookings
Really useful is you want to check who attended what training.
My team's course completion progress
This report shows all the courses completed by every team member. You can use the Seach filters and look at just one person and all their courses, or just one course and everyone who's completed it.
When you first open it, it shows just courses completed in the last year. There are instructions for how you can use it in different ways.
