All course development only happens within this category

This category is for developing new courses and other course pages. The category is hidden from most users - i.e. learners and managers. 

If you need a user to access your course, e.g. as a SME or for testing, then simply enrol them on the course. Course visibility should be set to "enrolled users only". 

Course can only be moved out of this category by an LMS Admin, through the publishing process.
