The importance of wellbeing cannot be overstated, it impacts every part of our lives. Yet we often let wellbeing take a back seat to other priorities. We ignore our own needs until we end up burnt out, isolated, or struggling with illness.
September is a perfect time to prioritise your mental health by participating in this 5-day exercise. Each day explores a different aspect of mental health and contains a short exercise for putting it into practice. In less than 15 minutes a day, you can work on improving your emotional well-being.
Missing a day or doing them out of order is not an issue–these lessons will always be here for your reference.
