The Theatre Journey & Theatre Coordinator module will enable staff to learn how TrakCare is used in a Theatre setting.

Please note: This Theatre Journey & Theatre Coordinator module will not cover Surgical Preferences training, as this will be delivered in separate sessions for Theatre Nurses.

On completion you will be able to:

• Navigate through TrakCare
• Landing page – Theatre Planner
• Add Theatre Times and colours changes which will be seen on the Theatre web view
• Enter Theatre Staff
• Enter Surgical Count
• Enter Intraoperative details
• Enter Assessment form = Intraoperative details
• Enter PACU Times
• Theatre Coordinator functions

Who is this for: This module is for Tū Pono Āroha Super Users and High Touch End-Users (such as Theatre Coordinators) working in Te Toka Tumai theatre locations.

Time: 09:00 – 17:00 with scheduled breaks
