The ACC Work Bench (WB) is used by the ACC team who have access to monitor and manage ACC45 Claim details.

On completion of this module you will be to:

• Understand how users will create and complete an ACC45 and an ACC18 claim
• Search for multiple ACC Claims for review based on a set of criteria
• Complete an ACC claim on behalf of 
• Use the Payor Approval WB (work bench) to search for multiple ACC claims for review based on a set of criteria.  
• Use the Payor Approval Screen where the details of the ACC claim can be viewed and additional information added if required
• Link episodes
• Get an ACC Claim status
• Renew an ACC45 Claim number
• Send other forms/documents to ACC
• Understand the process for elective surgery
• Access available ACC reports in TrakCare

Time: The expectations of this course are that you will attend 1 x facilitated session of approximately 4 hours.
