TrakCare - ACC Workbench ModuleThe ACC Workbench (WB) is used by certain users who have access to monitor and manage ACC45 Claim details mainly used by the ACC Team.
On completion you will be to:
- Search for multiple ACC Claims for review based on a set of criteria
- Set up Preference for your search
- Check and update the Payor Approval screen
Who is this for: This module is for ACC Team only.
Time: The expectations of this course are that you will attend 1 x facilitated session of approximately 4 hours.
