The ACC Module will take you through the different tasks that Administration and Clinical staff are required to complete for an injury related episode, including how to:
- Create, Update, Submit and Admin Complete an ACC45 Claim
- Different ways to access Compensable Details
- Query existing claims for a patient
- Link/unlink claim to an episode
- Updating a claim as not an injury-marking it as no longer required
- Process for adding an Accident in hospital/Treatment injury
