TrakCare - ACC

The ACC Module will take you through the different tasks that Administration and Clinical staff are required to complete for an injury related episode, including how to:

  • Create, Update, Submit and Admin Complete an ACC45 Claim
  • Different ways to access Compensable Details
  • Query existing claims for a patient
  • Link/unlink claim to an episode
  • Updating a claim as not an injury-marking it as no longer required
  • Process for adding an Accident in hospital/Treatment injury
Who is this for: This module is for all staff who interact with ACC claims on behalf of patients.
Prerequisites: Please complete TrakCare 101 before attempting this module.
