This module is for Admin and Clinical staff who manage Alerts and Allergens for patients.

By completing this module, you will be able to:

  • Demonstrate how to capture, edit, inactivate and delete Alerts & Allergens details
  • Explain the 2-step Pharmacist review process for Drug Reaction Allergens
  • Navigate TrakCare to
    • Capture Alerts & Allergens
    • View Alerts or Allergens in the NMWS
  • Understand the role and responsibilities of the Alerts & Allergens Governance Group
