This course combines discussions, problem-solving, and practical exercises to prepare you for the role of a professional supervisor. You will practice both supervising and being supervised, while developing skills to structure sessions, apply supervision models, and align with Counties Manukau values. Upon successful completion, you’ll be added to the Counties Manukau Supervisors' database.
