About: The overall aim of this page is to record completion of the practical competency assessment for CVAD and Midline Blood Sampling. On completion you will be able to draw blood sample for haematological, biochemical or bacteriological analysis from a CVAD and Midline (Exclusion: neonates and renal patients with haemodialysis lines). Practical competency assessment is through observation and conversation with educator or clinical coach or other qualified assessor.
