About: The overall aim of this page is to record completion of the practical competency assessment for Phlebotomy / Venepuncture. On completion you will be able to perform phlebotomy / venepuncture in patients 15 years and above. Practical competency assessment is through observation and conversation with educator or clinical coach or other qualified assessor.
