About: The overall aim of this page is to record completion of the practical competency assessment for Vital Signs for HCAs/ PCAs/ CHAs.  On completion you will be able to competently take and record Temperature, Blood Pressure, Pulse and Oxygen Saturation readings using the tympanic thermometer and electronic device. . Practical competency assessment is through observation and conversation with educator or clinical coach or other qualified assessor.
