Prerequisites: Pre-reading and eLearning modules: (1) Stroke, (2) Shared goals of care using the serious illness conversation guide & (3) Insulin: Safe use of Insulin, (4) IV Insulin Infusion, (5) Palliative Care Module
Frequency: Once
Takawā / Time: 40 hours total (24 hours of face-to-face learning and 16 hours of pre-requisite learning and post study day tasks)
