This course is for HCA's, PCA's and CHA's

At the end of this course the learner should be able to: 

• Identify indications for use of bladder scans
• Discuss two benefits of performing a bladder scan
• Demonstrate accurate bladder scanning technique utilizing the scanner/s used within their clinical area.
• Demonstrate knowledge of correct set up, cleaning and safety measures while performing bladder scan.
• Identify limitations that can affect bladder scan accuracy.
