About this course

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that helps treat a wide range of health conditions. It has a goal orientated, practical approach to problem solving. Its goal is to change patterns of thinking and/or behaviour that are at the core of their challenges. Step 1. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy training will equip clinicians to support people to engage in basic CBT skills. This is part of the talking therapies skill set.
