About this course

This training program is to provide an opportunity for every person working in mental health and addiction treatment service to develop practitioner skills level competency in working with service users and their family/whanau. The goal is for every clinician to encourage and support families/whanau to participate in the recovery of service users, and ensure that families/whanau, including the children of service users, have access to information, education and support.

Please note: Prior to signing up to attend this course please ensure you have discussed with your manager and gained approval to attend so that appropriate measures are taken to manage staff cover in your absence from your role.
