Roster Management is about planning and best utilization of workforce and managing the cost of manpower efficiently. It is designed to simplify the process of defining and managing employee duty rosters. This course will familiarise you with the Ansos One-Staff Rostering system and it is a basic overview of the rostering system and how it is structured. Roster Managers, Shift Co-ordinators and any person the has authority to code rosters, or delegated authority to code rosters, should take this course.
