This programme intends to increase the Improvement Capability across Trauma Services Nationally. This fits with the Quality Improvement component of the Strategic plan 2017 to 2022 which states, “Initiate Quality Improvement across the trauma pathway using research and training to identify local areas of concern and change the parts which need improving”.

 Participants will:

• Bring about a successful outcome on a selected improvement project
• Acquire the skills needed to successfully perform the role of a change agent either in a formal improvement role or as part of another function
• Improve the success rate of improvement initiatives in their organisation by applying appropriate methodology and rigor.
• Build community across the Trauma sector
