Pre Requisite: Coaching Fundamentals - This programme builds on Coaching Fundamentals and focuses on developing coaching skills through practical application.
Upon completion of Coaching Fundamentals you will have access to book your place.

Target Audience: The ability to have effective coaching conversations is a critical skill for managers, clinical leaders, nurse educators and all those involved in developing others.

Duration: 8 hours face-to-face training
