The recruitment process is not just about employers identifying suitable employees for the future, it’s also about candidates finding out more about the business, and considering whether the organisation is one they would like to work for.

This course is for hiring managers (new and existing). Any hiring manager enrolled on the Foundations of Management will need to complete this module as a pre-requisite to the Recruiting for Results module. It is also available as a resource for any hiring manager within CM Health.
