About this course:

This course is for all staff involved in Safe Patient Handling & Mobility (SPHM) at Counties Manukau Health. The aim of the course is to allow you to view Best Practice Safe Patient Handling & Mobility techniques. To think about the Importance of SPHM and to consider ways in which you are able to own the risk associated with SPHM, pause and assess the risks associated with Handling & Mobility before observing and critiquing the SPHM techniques that you will be taught and given the opportunity to practice these specific techniques.
