This eLearning module is designed to develop clinicians’s knowledge, skills and behaviour required in performing peripheral intravenous cannulation and phlebotomy safely using evidence-based resources and examples of best practice. However, it is recognised that individual units/organisations may have their own  policies and procedures which clinicians should refer to.
