How we document routine family violence screening and positive disclosures is fundamental and important to keeping patients/clients safe.

An objective systematic history and risk assessment is therefore essential, and staff are expected to comply with CMH’s Family Violence Intervention Procedure and standard professional requirements.

Course Prerequisites:
This eCourse is only for those staff that have attended the VIP training and/or done the refresher eCourse within the last 1 to 2 years.

Due to the complex nature of family violence it is imperative that every applicant has first attended face to face VIP training.

This course is worth 1 hour of Professional Development time
