The content of this eCourse mirrors the key aspects learnt during the face to face Violence Intervention Programme training.

All staff in MoH high risk designated areas (Women’s Health, Paediatrics, Emergency Care and Mental Health ), are required to attend the facilitated VIP training. This needs to be followed up annually through the eCourse refresher training programme.

Course Prerequisites:
The eCourse refresher training programme is geared towards supporting staff that have previously attended the VIP training.

• 1 to 2 years after having done the VIP training, staff are required to do the eModule refresher training.
• Over 2 years it is recommended that the staff member attends the latest face to face training.

Due to the complex nature of family violence it is imperative that every applicant has first attended face to face VIP training.

This course is equivalent to 1 hour of Professional Development Time
