About this course:

This course will provide nurses in the Surgical Services who shift coordinate with knowledge and skills that will support them to advance their practice as shift coordinators. As well as raise awareness of how they contribute as a shift coordinator to WDHB, to help facilitate best outcomes for staff and patients.

In this course we will also discuss the shift coordinators role with the following moments:

• The death of a patient & Coroners
  
• Missing patients & Prisoners
