- New staff using applicance to participate in staff orientation program with a Trainer
- This skill-based competency assessment (audit) will be completed after a Senior Technician or Trainer signs off objectives as achieved
- Objectives must be achieved before the AT uses the machine
- Uploading your completed audit form constitutes a legal statement that you have demonstrated your ability satisfactorily.
- In due course, the course tutor will confirm this and award you a PASS (10/10). You must ensure that you have added the missing details and saved these before uploading the form.
