Pharmacist Clinical Records Documentation

The course is a short learning session to help pharmacists to learn the principles of writing in the patient's clinical record.

This course teaches by way of introduction:

  • Principles of clinical documentation for social workers
  • Specific professional requirements and formats for clinical documentation
The assessment will test understanding of the principles and practice of clinical documentation and enable the participant to successfully meet professional, organisational and legal requirements of clinical documentation.

Speech Language Therapy Clinical Documentation
This course teaches by way of introduction:
