About this course:

This course is designed to be a Finance101 for managers or aspiring managers. It covers the concept of departmental budgets, and demonstrates tools as to how to analyse and understand budgets, service's financial results, and a comparison between the two for variance analysis. It will be a high level introduction to the tools and reports available, and managers would then be expected to do more specific service catered training with their service business partners.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Understanding what a budget is and what budget variance reporting is
• Knowing which resources to use when investigating different aspects of financial information
