Kia ora! The overall aim of this course is to gain an understanding of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower and how to respond to people wearing it.
By the end of this course:
- You and your colleagues will be able to identify the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower
- You will have gained an understanding of what a non-visible disability is
- You will have become confident to approach and support people who are wearing a Sunflower.
Success is when you have watched all three training videos and can identify the sunflower products, understand what they represent and report to be confident enough to approach someone at work wearing a sunflower product and offer help.
