About this toolkit
The team development toolkit is comprised of four communication topics that leaders can facilitate with their teams. The outcome is improving team communication. Each module is approximately 30-45 minutes in length. Topics are:
- Have greater empathy toward team members and colleagues when communicating.
- Consider organisational values in team communication approaches.
- Explore and consider challenges with communication.
- Identify individual and team strategies for improving communication.
- Be able to apply a feedback model when communicating with others.
