We are excited to see that you are interested in e-Portfolios. This is a staged roll out and you will be able to access this site soon.

Currently we have portfolios for:

• April 2021 - RN Competent portfolios (L2) includes NETP/NESP
• June 2021 - Designated Senior Nurse portfolios - Clinical / Clinical Management, Management (with indirect patient care), Research
• July 2021 - Competent portfolios (L2) Enrolled Nursing includes ENSIPP
• August 2021 - RN Proficient (L3) and RN Expert (L4)
• December 2021 - Expanded Practice 

For all other levels, please watch for communications coming soon...

How do I edit my profile on Ko Awatea LEARN?

When you are logged into Ko Awatea LEARN, you can visit your profile by clicking your name in the top right and choosing ‘profile’ from the drop down menu.
	On your profile screen you will see ‘Edit profile’ on the left under your name.
	This is a good time to check that your name, employee number, and other details are correct. Scroll to the bottom. Make sure these fields are filled in. Your primary role must stay as ‘registered nurse’ or ‘enrolled nurse’ for you to have access to Healthcare Portfolio. Do not change it to anything else. Fill in your APC number. When you are done, click ‘update profile’. It may take sometime for the changes to update, try accessing My Portfolio again in 10 minutes.
