How do I edit my profile on Ko Awatea LEARN?


  • When you are logged into Ko Awatea LEARN, you can visit your profile by clicking your name in the top right and choosing ‘profile’ from the drop down menu.
  • On your profile screen you will see ‘Edit profile’ on the left under your name.
  • This is a good time to check that your name, employee number, and other details are correct.
  • Scroll to the bottom.
  • Make sure these fields are filled in.
  • Your primary role must stay as ‘registered nurse’ or ‘enrolled nurse’ for you to have access to Healthcare Portfolio. Do not change it to anything else.
  • Fill in your APC number.
  • When you are done, click ‘update profile’. It may take sometime for the changes to update, try accessing My Portfolio again in 10 minutes.
