Participants completing this course should be able to manage a complex wound in accordance with ADHB policy, legal requirements and wound care recommended best practice.

This course will assess the essential knowledge and skills to confidently:

1. assess a wound
2. formulate a plan
3. evaluate and alter wound care plan as needed
4. identify the appropriate dressing product.
