About: This educational study day provides nurses with an
up-to-date overview of lung transplantation, covering the patient journey from
referral and assessment through to long-term post-transplant care. Participants
will gain an understanding of recipient selection, donor management,
perioperative care, immunosuppression, and the management of transplant-related
complications. The programme also highlights multidisciplinary care and
evidence-based practices that support positive outcomes for lung transplant patients.
