Every year, patients fall and these falls can result in serious consequences for both them and their families/whanau. The course objectives are to:

• Remind you of the importance of protecting our patients from falling
• Revise the factors that can contribute to a patients individual falls risk
• Revise the tools available to minimise a patients falls risk
