This course is designed for Registered Nurses who are currently or will be shift coordinators in their clinical areas. Please check with your Charge Nurse or Team leader before you book yourself to attend this study day. 

Topics will include: 

• The function of a ward coordinator
• The hospital after hours, managing risk
• The deteriorating patient
• Direction and Delegation of HCA's
• Patient management services 

Time allocation: 8 hours
