Just Culture training is being offered to leaders in the Mental Health Directorate who do not have direct reports and so are ineligible for the DHB wide training. This is aimed at those in roles of: Lead Clinician, Practice Supervisor, Clinical Coordinator, Nurse Educator, Nurse Consultant.
