Kia ora, welcome to the Venepuncture, Cannulation and Phlebotomy Programme for Te Toka Tumai Auckland. This programme is for all staff at Te Toka Tumai Auckland who perform peripheral intravenous (IV) cannulation and/or phlebotomy as part of their clinical role.

The Venepuncture Theory provides 0.5 hours of CPE, the Cannulation Theory and Phelbotomy Theory courses each provide 1 hour of CPE, and the Skill Validations for Cannulation and for Phlebotomy each provide 30 minutes of CPE.
