Disruption is a constant at the moment!

This is the second session of the suite of two. It is highly recommended to attend the first workshop before attending this one. 

Leading Through Disruption 2.0 is a 1.5 to 2 hour seminar/webinar providing leaders the space to consider the "in between". An opportunity to share thoughts and experiences as we navigate the task of "holding the space" for ourselves and our people. We build on the idea of intentional leadership and keeping connected to our personal "why". Being able to handle the strong and sometimes erratic emotions that we and those around us are likely to experience, can enable us to lead ourselves and our teams through this phase.
