Treat your placement like an interview, even if it’s not the area you want to start in. This is important as you will require preceptor/reference feedback for your employment application.

All new graduate nurses should apply via ACE – which stands for Advanced Choice of Employment; it is a collaborative graduate recruitment process that assists graduate nurses in finding their first job in a NETP, NESP or ENSIPP programme across New Zealand.
