About this course- This is a two-day classroom-based training course offered by the Waitematā Portfolio Support Office (PSO).
- This course is recommended for anyone involved in delivering projects at Waitematā to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to run a successful project.
- This course will give you an overview of project management fundamentals, the Waitematā project management framework and the project lifecycle.
- Activities will be held within each session to allow for better learning and understanding.
- There will also be allocated time to discuss your current project experience, what you’re working on now, and what areas you require some assistance in.
