Delegates will gain an understanding of the complaints process, look at ways to effectively resolve and respond to a complaint, including tips and hints on what makes a good response letter or conversation, be that on the phone or face to face in a family meeting.

 

 

Participants: This course is open for any Waitemata DHB staff who have already completed the Risk Management and Assessment training course and are looking to refresh their understanding and/or require support in completing a risk assessment.

Duration: Groups or individual sessions run for 30 minutes up to 1 hour 30 minutes
